Matthew 15:21-28

Never Give Up on God

The encounter between Jesus and the Canaanite woman teaches us an important lesson: never give up on God, even when it seems that our prayers are not being answered.

The woman was a Gentile and faced rejection, silence, and discouragement, yet she remained persistent in seeking Jesus. Her faith was so strong that she continued to plead even when everything seemed to be against her. In the end, Jesus rewarded her faith and granted her request.

Sometimes, God may seem silent, but His silence does not mean He has abandoned us. Our challenges can become opportunities to strengthen our faith and trust in His promises.

When problems come, we should not reduce our prayers or lose hope. Instead, we should draw closer to God and remain persistent. True faith means trusting God even before we see the answer.

The Canaanite woman reminds us that persistence in prayer, unwavering faith, and determination can carry us through difficult moments. There is always light at the end of the tunnel if we keep moving forward.

So, never give up on God.

May God bless and help us to overcome our challenges. May He never allow you to stumble. Amen.
