This feast teaches us the importance of total dedication to God, sincere obedience, perseverance, patience, and trust in God’s promises.
Through the examples of the Holy Family, Simeon, and Anna, we learn to hunger for God’s presence, obey His will and the teachings of the Church, patiently wait for His promises, discern His actions in our lives, proclaim Christ to others, and surrender to God’s will even when the path is difficult.
Above all, the feast reminds us that our sacrifices are never wasted, our relationship with God must come first, and growth in faith, wisdom, and love is essential throughout life.
May God bless you, dearest, help us, to remain faithful to Him and dedicate ourselves totally to Him. Amen.
